On June 29-30, at the thematic youth camp, representatives of the national office of Erasmus+ in Georgia spoke with students about the Erasmus+ program and all the opportunities available to the youth sector.
At the June 29 session, the Erasmus+ team informed the students about: International Credit Mobility (ICM), Erasmus Mundus, youth exchanges, mobility projects for youth workers and the European Solidarity Corps. In the final part of the session, Erasmus+ ambassador, Giorgi Khubulashvili, shared his Erasmus+ experience with the audience. Giorgi spent one semester of university studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Poland.
The June 30 session was devoted to the workshop "Successful applications for mobility programs," conducted by the Erasmus+ coordinator. The following issues were discussed at the workshop: writing an outstanding CV, writing an interesting cover letter, effective e-mail. Communication and creating a positive personal image. The last part of the session was devoted to a quiz about Erasmus+.
The Erasmus+ program is funded by the European Commission. Thematic camps organized by the Youth Agency were held for the first time in 2024 and hosted about 500 students.
