On September 19, the Erasmus+ National Office in Georgia held an informative webinar - Alliances for Innovation in Higher Education and Vocational Schools for representatives of higher educational institutions and vocational schools. On the webinar, general information about the mentioned program and opportunities within its framework were discussed.
The Alliances for Innovation program aims to strengthen innovation capacity (through collaboration and knowledge exchange) between higher education, vocational education and training centers, the wider socio-economic environment and research communities, at the European level.
The program also aims to promote the development of new skills and address skills shortages by creating and developing new curricula for Higher Education (HEI) and Vocational Education and Training (VET).

September 19, The NEO in Georgia organized an informative webinar on Erasmus+ Alliances for Innovation for the representatives of the higher education and vocational education institutions. This session was designed to provide an overview of the program and explore the opportunities within it for the higher education institutions and VETS.
The main aim of the Alliances for innovation program is to strengthen an innovation capacity through appropriate promotion and cooperation and knowledge exchange between higher education institutions, vocational education institutions and training centers and the wider socio-economic environment, including the research community, at an European level.
Program also aims to promote the development of new skills and tackle skills shortages by creating and developing new curricula for the sectors of Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET), which will support the emergence of initiatives and the development of an entrepreneurial mindset across the EU.
