The deadline for submitting an application for VAT exemption is approaching.

In order for your project to be exempt from VAT, you need to send us the following documentation to the email address (info@erasmus.org.ge): No later than the 10th of the current month:

  1. Fill out the VAT exemption application form (See attached file.)
  2. Signed grant agreement 

Please note that VAT applications are sent to the Revenue Service according to the date of receipt of the applications, between the 15th and 22nd of the current month. It takes approximately 10 business days to receive feedback from the Revenue Service.

Please indicate in the subject line when sending your email. "Request for VAT exemption". 

Please be informed that the deadline for submitting the VAT exemption application is approaching.

In order for your project to be exempted from VAT, please send us the following documents (to our Email: info@erasmus.org.ge) no later than the 10th of the current month:

  • The completed VAT exemption application form (see attached file)
  • The signed grant agreement.

Please note that VAT exemption applications are submitted to the Revenue Service according to the date of receipt, between the 15th and 22nd of each month. It usually takes around 10 working days to receive feedback from the Revenue Service.

When sending your email, please indicate โ€œVAT Exemption Requestโ€ in the subject line.
