Capacity Building in Higher Education - Project Page Limitations

According to the instructions, the page limit for this year's applications is 40 pages. erasmus-programme-guide-2025_en.pdf (Page 408).

Do not delete any boxes in the Part B template, including those boxes that are not relevant for lump sum grants.

Also, make sure you carefully read the instructions on the first page of the application form.

  • Minimum font size – Arial 9 points.
  • Page size: A4.
  • Margins (top, bottom, left and right): at least 15mm (excluding headers and footers).

Apart from the required documents, there is no need to attach any additional attachments to the application.

At the end of the “Technical Description” (Part B) template is a section called “List of Previous Projects.”

You or any other potential candidate can choose whether to add information in the “What / IF” section, or what kind of relevant information to add (adding this information is not mandatory). 

The 40-page limitation rule also applies to the section that is “Part B” of the mandatory template for the “Annex 1” technical description.

You should not delete any pages from “Part B” (starting from the third page).

The page limit creates a level playing field for all applicants. Do not delete any subsections even if they are not relevant to the application.

However, you can delete the first page 1 (Important Notice) and page 2 (part A).

As noted in the “Important Notice” of the “Word” document, please note that the document is tagged. 

Be careful not to delete the tags. They are needed to continue the process.
