How do I top up/reload/change my bank account?

Once you have been selected as a potential candidate for the next stage, you will receive an email to fill in your bank account information, upload supporting document(s) and confirm validation. You will only need to provide your bank information for the first stage, but it is essential that you notify us of any changes to your bank account details. 

შენიშვნა: It is essential to send your bank account details as soon as you receive the invitation. If you delay, you will have problems validating your bank account and the payment will be delayed. 

Please note the following steps regarding any bank account validation request. 

Visit “My Expert Area” And click on the “Bank Account” link in the navigation bar on the left.

To add a new bank account, click “+New Bank Account”. You will be presented with a bank account details field. Please read the information under “Required supporting documents”. Eligible supporting documents" section. Move the cursor to the right of the “Choose Country” field and select a country from the list. New fields will appear based on the selected country. Fill in the required information and click the “Save” button to proceed to the “Upload Bank Statement” section. 

In this section you will be able to upload a bank document (for more details please visit FAQ):

  1. New bank statement: A new document submitted by the bank (e.g. bank statement, RIB, bank certificate, online banking screenshot…) containing the following required information: bank name, account holder name, full account number (IBAN when mandatory), routing code, BSB code, ABA bank code, if used, with the last date of use (meaning that it must have been used no later than the last six months).

  1. “The Financial Identification Form” (FIF) stamped, dated and signed by a bank representative.

Upload a scanned version of your bank document by using the drop box or by clicking on the drop box button. The file will appear in the “Supporting Documents” section. Click on the “Save” button and then “Submit”, after which a “Confirmation Box” will appear. Click on the “Yes” button to confirm. 

You will not be able to upload your bank account information until your personal information (The LE) is uploaded. Until the personal information (The LE) is uploaded, The BA will block your attempt to upload your bank account information.

Once your bank account is validated, you will not be able to change it. If you want to make any changes to your validated bank accounts, you will need to click and upload “Add a New Bank Account”, after which EU Services will validate it.
