Prof. Dr. Natia Zedginidze-Jishkariani holds PhD in Economics, MSc in Economics and MSc in Business Administration (major in Management). Currently she is the Dean of School of Management at Kutaisi International University, Professor and also holds two positions at National Quality Enhancement Center (EQE): Head of Management and Business Administration Sectoral Benchmark Council and member of Institutional Authorization Council. Prof. Dr. Natia Zedginidze-Jishkariani served on different managerial positions in governmental and non-governmental sector organizations. Since 2006 through her extensive working experience in the education sector (on different roles) she gained a valuable expertise in education industry related areas: on institutional level, operational and on academic levels. Simultaneously, over 17 years she is working under international donor funded projects (UNDP, GIZ, USAID, DRC) as an independent consultant and mentor focused on institutional capacity development, strategic management, performance management, compliance management. Serving as the Head and Deputy Head of HEI Accreditation Councils in Georgia (2020-2023) is also worthwhile to emphasize. Prof. Dr. Natia Zedginidze-Jishkariani has a keen interest on Knowledge Based Economy (KBE) topics at the country level and she is also focusing on comparative analysis of Georgia and different EU counties.
