Horizontal priorities are an integral part of Erasmus+ and cover all sectors of the programme. These priorities are:

• Protecting the environment and combating climate change
• Participation in democratic life, shared values ​​and civic engagement

Through these priorities, the program aims to promote a more inclusive, green, digital and participatory Europe. When writing an Erasmus+ project, it is necessary to consider at least one of these priorities.
