How to change/update organization data on the Webgate platform

Organization data can only be changed if the user is authorized. Account Administrator, Self Registrant or Legal Entity Appointed Representative (LEAR).

Step 1
Log in to EU Login / Webgate with your authorized account:
https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/cas/

Step 2
Review your profile in ECAS.

Step 3
Select a section “My Organizations”.

Step 4
Find your organization Using PIC number.

Step 5
Click on the organization name.

Step 6
Check your role:

  • Self-Registrant
  • Legal Entity Appointed Representative (LEAR)
  • Account Administrator

If you do not have any of these roles, data cannot be modified. An internal access request will be required.

Step 7
Click "Modify Organization Data".

Step 8
Change/update fields:

  • Legal Name (legal name);
  • Address (address);
  • Bank / Financial Details;
  • Other basic information.

Step 9
If the change is official, upload supporting documentation:

  • Renewed registration certificate;
  • Extract from the National Business Register;
  • Statutes with a new name.

Step 10
Click Submit (Send a message).

Step 11
Wait. Central Validation Service-validation.

  • Processing times vary.
  • The new name can only be used in contracts after validation is complete.
