Brief instructions for registering on FTOP and Webgate
Step One: Registration
For actions managed by an executive agency (The European Education and Culture Executive Agency – EACEA)
To register in the EU Funding and Tenders Portal (FTOP) electronic upload system, the legal representative of the request must carry out the following steps:
- Create an EU Login account (if you don't already have one). A new EU Login account can be created Here.
- access the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and register (if applicable) on behalf of the organization/group they represent. Guidance and Frequently Asked Questions are available on the portal.
- On the EU funding and tenders portal (If necessary) Register the organization/group they represent. Directions and frequently asked questions are available on the portal.
The applicant only needs to register once in the European Commission's Participant Register. After completing the registration, the applicant will receive a PIC code. The PIC code (a 9-digit unique identifier) is required when submitting an application. This code allows the applicant to easily fill in the application form. After entering the PIC, all information provided during registration will be automatically reflected in the form.
For actions managed by Erasmus+ National Agencies (NA)
To register in the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps organisations system, the applicant legal representative must carry out the following steps:
- Create an EU Login account (if you don't already have one). A new EU Login account can be created Here.
- Enter Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps In the system and register (if necessary) the organization/group they represent.
An organization only needs to register once. After completing the registration, the organization will receive an Organization ID.
Organisations can check their Organisation ID or change related information through the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Organisation Registration System.
Using the Organisation ID in the application form allows the organisation to have all information entered during registration automatically reflected in the form.
The applicant must have written consent to use another organisation's Organisation ID in the application form. In case of disagreement, the applicant may be required to provide evidence, and if the applicant is unable to provide this evidence, the applicant may be disqualified.
Proof of legal status
As part of the registration process, applicants must upload the following documents:
- Legal Entity form. If the application is submitted by a consortium, the form of the legal entity (Legal Entity form) must be submitted by all members of the consortium.
- Financial identification form. The form must be completed according to the country where the bank is located (even if the organization is registered in another country). In the case of a consortium, only the coordinator will submit the financial identification form.
For grants exceeding €60, applicants may be required to provide additional documents to prove financial sustainability. For details, see “Selection criteria".
