8th International Staff Week at Tbilisi State University

The 8th international staff week was opened at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. 11 representatives of 18 institutions from 30 European countries (Germany, Bulgaria, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey) participated in the event.

On October 7, the Erasmus+ National Office in Georgia participated in the opening ceremony of the event. NEO coordinator, Marim Sulashvili, in her welcome speech, noted how important the role of Erasmus+ is in the exchange of best practices between higher education institutions and in the formation of civil society, not only at the local but also at the international level. 

The dialogue platform created for the purpose of deepening the cooperation with the leading European universities – the International Staff Week, promotes the sharing of international experience in the field of education and the introduction of successful examples.
