Erasmus+ large-scale CBHE program cluster meeting in Georgia

On March 6, a cluster hybrid meeting of the Erasmus+ large-scale CBHE program was held at Tbilisi State University, organized by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and the Erasmus+ National Office of Georgia.
CBHE aims to improve the quality of higher education outside the EU, in third countries that are not associated with the program. The main goal of the program is to promote sustainable development of partner countries' higher education systems, cooperation and mobility between institutions. The CBHE program is funded by the European Union.
In the first and second part of the event, they made a report and answered the questions of the participants. Georgina Plessum (European Commission), CBN. Nino (Nika) Kocishvili (Representation of the European Commission in Georgia), Bn. Kakha Khandolishvili (Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia), KBN. Mariam Sulashvili (Erasmus+ National Office in Georgia) and Kbn. Rosalba Nardelli (EACEA). And in the third part of the event, which was aimed at reviewing the best practical examples in Georgia, the attendees were addressed by KBN. Irma Dzhelidze (TSU) and KBN. Tamar Makharadze (TSU).
The Cluster Meeting for the Ongoing Erasmus+ CBHE Projects in Georgia
On March 6, 2024 the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and the National Erasmus+ Office in Georgia organized the Cluster Meeting for the Ongoing Erasmus+ CBHE Projects at the Tbilisi State University. The event was held in a hybrid format.
The CBHE project aims to enhance the quality of higher education in partner countries outside the EU. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the sustainable development of higher education systems in the third countries not associated with the program and foster collaboration and exchange between institutions. CBHE projects are funded by the European Union.
During the first and second sessions of the event Mrs. Georgina PLESU (European Commission), Mrs. Nino (Nika) KOCHISHVILI (EU Delegation in Georgia), Mr. Kakha KHANDOLISHVILI (Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia), Mrs. Mariam SULASHVILI (NEO in Georgia) and Mrs. Rosalba NARDELLI (EACEA) made speeches and answered the questions of the attendees. During the third session of the event which was aimed at sharing the best practice examples in Georgia – Mrs. Irma GRDZELIDZE (TSU) and Mrs. Tamar MAKHARADZE (TSU) addressed the listeners.
